As a real estate professional since 1972, I have developed the experience and knowledge necessary to respond to today's complicated marketplace.

A graduate of Rutgers University, I attended Stetson Law School, and became the first graduate to receive a Real Estate Certificate from Raritan Valley Community College.

Affiliated with the National Association of Realtors as a licensed Real Estate Broker, I hold the professional designations of GRI, CRS-Charter Member, and CRB.

I have been selected as a licensed State Certified General Appraiser, and hold the professional designation of GAA. I am a certified Federal Appraiser for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and have been qualified as a real estate expert in New Jersey Superior Court.
